Jared Foster is a singer, songwriter and performer from Lancaster, Ohio. Currently in his 4th and final year at the University of Cincinnati’s College Conservatory of Music, Jared is working towards his degree in Commercial Music Production and a Minor in Business. As a solo artist and with his current trio, Rosewood Revival, Jared has performed in cities all over Ohio, including gigs in Kentucky and Indiana. While performing, Jared plays all genres of music, but prefers easy listening music.

When it comes to musical instruments, Jared is a true renaissance man. He mainly plays acoustic and electric guitar, but also dabbles in bass guitar, drums, piano, mandolin, and the occasional ukulele. When Jared isn’t writing music or performing, he can be found enjoying a grilled steak, following the Ohio State Buckeyes, or enjoying the great outdoors.

The Waiting on a Plane EP is a collection of song projects I have been working on for a while, all recorded at my home in Lancaster, OH this past winter.
​
The EP is mostly written by me in the last few years, with the exception of "Wishes" which was written by my Uncle Duane before I was even alive.
​
The theme of the EP is dreaming and wishing for a brighter future with a couple fun songs, all drawing inspiration from my experiences as a kid growing up to my challenges as a young adult.
​
